TTI Floor Care Custom Shaped SEG Frames

TTI Floor Care North America, an industry giant in power tools, outdoor power equipment, floor care appliances, solar powered lighting and electronic measuring products space, reached out to SEG Systems to create custom shaped SEG frames for the entry of their Charlotte, North Carolina Performance Laboratory.

A custom feature wall can combine style and function by creating space for branding, seasonal graphics and important directional messaging. The custom wall-mounted fabric frames designed were a custom hexagonal shape with curved edges and were powder coated to match TTI’s brand standards and seamlessly blend into the feature wall, which featured vinyl-applied graphics. As a retailer we know your job is to sell more product. Additionally, we know you need to make it easier for your customers to find the products and brands they want most. That’s why Famous Footwear retailer came to us for a custom Nike feature wall display in their stores.

So we constructed the Nike feature wall using our 4.75” deep wall-mounted lightbox extrusion with a custom aluminum fabricated surround. This not only made it easier for mobility it also provided a sleek aesthetic. Furthermore, it all sat on a steel fabricated base with shoe displays sitting on top for stability and showcasing their latest products.

Another key attribute was our custom-built 3D lit Nike logo that we mounted onto the side. Rounding out the branding we added a SEG graphic that reinforced Nike’s brand essence in the background to complete this custom display. Although this was a permanent feature wall, campaigns can easily be changed with the fast fabric silicone edge graphics and updating the products shown on the individual floor stands. This Converse store has a simple and clean layout to symbolize the blank canvas that Converse offers with their line of customizable shoes. The exhibit-style store highlights the opportunity for customers to express themselves with their shoes. They furthered the “Made by you” campaign by displaying uniquely-decorated shoes with the story behind their design. The wall-mounted lightboxes showcased these shoes as a form of art and bring light to the personal connection that Converse develops with their customers.

SEG Systems had the privilege of creating a wall-mounted registered graphic collage for Louisiana State University’s LSU Sportshop. They came to us because they wanted an iconic collage that captured the spirit and essence of LSU Athletics and reflected the unique history, traditions, and values of the university while adhering to their strict brand guidelines. 

To achieve this, SEG Systems produced a variety of silicone edge graphic panels using varying depths of aluminum extrusions to add depth and variation to the piece. Our in-house production team utilized the latest dye-sublimated printing and cutting technology to ensure that the registered graphics were the highest quality, with vibrant colors and sharp details. To top this off, we sourced a custom LED wall-mounted sign from our friends at Eventbrite.  The result was a stunning wall-mounted collage that captures the quintessence of Louisiana State University athletics and serves as a source of inspiration for students, alumni, and fans alike.

Glock wanted to update the look of their corporate lobby while also highlighting their history in a creative way. In addition, they wanted to incorporate these renewed looks for their independent gun shops in a turn-key way. Sounds like custom millwork and lightbox integrations could be the perfect solution.

SEG Systems went to work by creating custom locking millwork with acrylic display cases that not only looked beautiful but met their strictest safety guidelines. In addition, we produced lightboxes that showcased Glock’s historical timeline highlighting each generation of handgun. We also designed and manufactured custom millwork tabletop merchandisers with safety and theft deterrent features embedded into the product.

In addition to the Glock HQ lobby millwork and lightbox features we created tabletop signage and custom podiums that were brand centric to help enhance the independent gun shops across the country. Check out more millwork and lightbox portfolios here.
